Hi, my name is Rachel. I am the support coordinator supervisor at Costello Consultancy. I have been working in the NDIS for 6 years starting off as a support worker and working my way up towards support coordination. I have a cert III in Community and services and a diploma in leadership and management. I love being able to support my clients and help advocate for them.

OFFICE MANAGER | SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Hey I’m Gabrielle, I have working in the disability sector for over 3 years now, previous to that I worked in hospitality as a manager. I have my certificate III in Business, Certificate III in Health Service Assistant, First Certificate and I am currently studying my Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Some of my hobbies is watching the footy every Friday and Saturday night, movies night at home, and relaxing with my two pugs Beau and Nala.

I am responsible for the day to day administrative operations of Costello Consultancy, from finances to training and development and compliance.

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Hi I’m Belinda, I’ve been working in the disability field for over 20 years. I have been working with the NDIS since the beginning being an NDIS champion. From the beginning I have worked with clients/participants living with disabilities to achieve their goals and empower them to live their life to the fullest.

I assist with implementing plans, I will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

I have recently joined the Costello Family. I am extremely passionate about creating a safe, loving and successful workplace. I am striving to achieve to being an Employer of Choice. I have worked in HR for several years, and this role has both my greatest passions.

Community Services has my heart, and learning in the NDIS field has been extremely rewarding.

ADMINISTRATION

Hi I’m Laura,

I have recently joined the Costello Family, I work Wednesday to Friday each week and you will find me on Reception and doing Administration tasks in the office. I love working here at Costello and meeting everyone as they come through Reception.

Prior to working at Costello I worked in the Property/Construction industry for 8 years. I then had my daughter and spent some wonderful quality time at home with her before then getting back into the workforce here at Costello. Working as apart of the friendly Costello team has been great!

Hi I am Lucy, I am the Office Manager running our new office in Orange. I bring a wealth of leadership knowledge and am ready to bring bigger and better things to Costello.

ART THERAPIST

Hi I’m Alice, I am a registered Art Therapist and I enjoy working along side people to help them achieve their goals through art making. I have my Diploma in Fine Arts, Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honors) and Master of Art Therapy. I have worked with clients of all age groups and have experience working with mental health and trauma.

My hobbies are drawing, painting and learning how to knit.
