Welcome to Costello Consultancy
We know it takes a village. Let Costello be part of yours

Who are Costello Consultancy
Costello Consultancy has humble beginnings, with a proud Irish heritage. Catherine began this business, 7 years ago, as a family run business with a holistic approach to providing NDIS supports to participants. Still now family owned and run, we have gratefully grown to who we are today. Our strong family values are embedded throughout our organisation, ensuring we have a 'client first' focus. This approach is at the forefront of every decision that is made in relation to the strategic direction and daily operation of the organisation and most importantly, how we support our participants on their NDIS journey.
What we do at Costello

Helpful Resources
Listenable Podcast
Dylan Alcott, you might know the name, the chair, and his successes as an athlete but in this episode of ListenABLE Dylan speaks to his podcast co-host and best mate Angus O'Loughlin about what life was like for him growing up, why his parents thought twice that they would lose him before his first birthday and about his experience of a nightclub owner saying that he wasn't a person he was “a f***ing fire hazard?" Find out why Dylan’s story is more than his wheelchair and the gold medals around his neck.
Healthy Mind
What is Healthy Mind?
Healthy Mind is an online Easy Read tool designed to help people with Intellectual Disability (ID) to recognise and regulate their thoughts and feelings. Following a successful feasibility trial, with input from people with ID and a range of health experts, this program is now widely available for implementation. Healthy Mind is aimed at adults with a mild to borderline ID.
